Starting as a racetrack carved out from part of the 66 acres by the Denman family, Cynthia and Ryan have continued the tradition and expanded by adding mud bogs, a clay oval, and space for concerts and their annual rodeo. Turning open land into a flexible event destination required constant preparation—grading surfaces, setting infrastructure, maintaining grounds, and adapting quickly between events.
